I have taken the heading of this from one of the polls that have been posted in this website. My vote was for 'Yes'. I have also seen the 11 NO's for this poll. I really envy those who really do not pay for more than what they have planned to do.
I started earning for the last 7 years and since then whenever I go to retail store I spent more. It is not that I purchase items which are not useful. But I buy items which could have avoided or could have been delayed.
Being a homemaker, I have to tighten the strings of my purse!
